The primary purpose of the Bourbonnais Friendship Festival, Inc.
is to conduct the annual Bourbonnais Friendship Festival in
Bourbonnais, Illinois for civic, patriotic, educational and social
purposes;  for activities related to the organization; and fundraising
for Friendship Festival activities.  It is further intended to promote
the preservation of regional customs and traditions and to provide
good, wholesome, fun activities and entertainment in a family

The secondary purpose is in anticipation of generating funds for
local community and/or local family oriented projects and to
promote well-being, health and safety.

this year’s Friendship Festival Parade Grand Marshalls and find
none better qualified or worthy than Bob and Karen Latham.
In fact anyone who knows this couple is likely saying,
“It’s about time we honored them!”

2013 Children's Parade Grand Marshalls
The Bourbonnais Friendship Festival is pleased to announce
their Grand Marshalls for the 2013 Children’s Parade. Wesley
and William Latham, of Bourbonnais, sons of Rodney and
Jodi Latham, are the two youngest grandchildren of this
year’s Grand Parade Grand Marshalls, Bob and Karen Latham.
Wesley, eight, just completed 2nd grade at Shabbona Elementary
School, and William, six, just finished Kindergarten at Robert
Frost School.
